We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location in a quiet area near an old palace was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff, including Monika who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel offers a range of amenities such as housekeeping, grocery shopping service, and laundry, making our stay even more convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities and a lovely terrace where we could enjoy the garden view. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the option for in-room dining. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

We were treated to special treatment and felt right at home. Delicious breakfast. Comfy, clean and spacious room with modern comforts but traditional charm. Friendly and awesome service. Impressive decor and stunning interior.

Good breakfast offered and the rooms were very clean and tidy. the hotel is located in a quiet area with not much noise at night. the hotel also offered enough parking spots for the number of guests.
The WIFI in the room was very inconsistent. I had trouble connecting and staying connected.

We loved this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. It was located close to the old palace in this city and not far from the city centre, making it a great location. The hotel facilities were also fantastic, and the parking and transportation were convenient.

The hotel had a classic décor that made it feel like it had been around forever, which was really neat. The staff was incredibly accommodating to our requests and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was a highlight, with a range of options to suit a variety of dietary needs. We also appreciated the convenient location near the city center and the interesting historical sites nearby.
It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the room, especially since the weather was quite warm during our stay. the pillows were not very comfortable.

the room was comfortable and spacious, especially enjoyed the traditional decor. the bathroom was clean. We were impressed by the friendly staff and delicious breakfast served each morning. amenities such as WiFi and air conditioning were available.
The lack of English TV could be improved.
